This Bradley shower rod is made of 18-gauge stainless steel tubing with seamless construction. It has a 60-inch length and 1-inch diameter. The exposed surfaces have an architectural satin finish. It comes with concealed 3-1/8-inch polypropylene flanges. The shower rod support sleeves are formed with the flange as one piece. The 22-gauge stainless steel escutcheons have a one-piece drawn construction with a satin finish and snap over the flanges to hide the mounting screws.
Using this shower curtain rod is easy. First, find the right position in your shower area and mark where you'll install the flanges. Then, attach the flanges to the wall using the provided screws. Next, slide the shower rod through the support sleeves and place it between the flanges. Finally, snap on the escutcheons to cover the mounting screws. When using the rod, don't hang extremely heavy items on it to avoid bending. For maintenance, clean the rod regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Wipe it dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and keep the satin finish looking great.
