The cabinet door closes with two tumbler locks. Using this product is easy. First, install it through the partition according to the instructions. Then, load 1000 seat covers and 4 rolls of standard toilet paper into the respective compartments. The unit is designed to be used from both sides of the partition, but you can service it from one side only. When the waste container is full, simply remove it, empty the waste, and put it back.
