You can choose either C-Fold or Multi-Fold towels. When someone needs a towel, they can simply pull it out from the hemmed opening. For the waste receptacle at the bottom, use the rolled finger hole to open it and throw in used paper towels. The tumbler lock on the door helps keep unauthorized people from accessing the contents. As for maintenance, regularly wipe down the stainless - steel surface with a mild cleaner to keep it looking good. Check the lock occasionally to make sure it's working properly.
