When the soap level is low, you can easily see through the refill window and refill it. For the B-3944 paper towel dispenser/waste receptacle, open the front panel to load C-fold or multi-fold towels. Empty the waste receptacle regularly. Wipe it with a soft cloth to keep the satin finish. As for the B-6806x42 grab bar, make sure it's firmly mounted before use. Avoid hanging heavy objects on it. Clean it with mild soap and water to keep it looking good.
