This amazing backsplash is crafted from a special absorptive-evaporative ceramic that perfectly matches the water droplet evaporator plate of the TRI-Umph hand dryer. It comes with a black powder-coated 20-gauge steel frame, ideal for surface mounting using eight screws (not included). The 9/32' (7.4 mm) thick absorptive-evaporative plate has a medium matte gray face finish, harmonizing with the TRI-Umph hand dryer. The one-piece steel frame has no exposed seams or welded joints, and features four exposed mounting tabs. It holds the plate securely on all edges, showing only the gray face inside the black frame. It's designed to be used with the ASI Model № 20200 TRI-Umph hand dryer. The plate absorbs water droplets that might pass the evaporator plate, continuously evaporating water at a rate that matches the absorption of castoff droplets from hand dryer use. This prevents water from soaking into the wall finish behind. You can clean the plate at the same time as the dryer unit following the instructions in the dryer Owner Manual. Note: The product (Model № A0247-TRBS) doesn't include the dryer, but the image shows both the backsplash and the Model № 20200 TRI-Umph hand dryer.
Using this backsplash is easy. First, mount the black steel frame on the surface with eight screws (you need to provide them). Then, place the ceramic plate in the frame. It works well with the ASI Model № 20200 TRI-Umph hand dryer. When you use the hand dryer, the plate will absorb the water droplets that may pass the evaporator plate and evaporate the water to keep the wall dry. For maintenance, clean the plate at the same time as you clean the dryer unit. Just follow the instructions in the dryer Owner Manual. Remember, this product doesn't come with the hand dryer.
