This grab bar is 36 inches (914mm) long and has a 1-5/16 inches (33mm) diameter. It's made of 1 inch (25mm) zinc-plated tubing with an antimicrobial vinyl coating. It features two reinforced flanges that can withstand 1102 pounds (500 kg) of force when properly installed. The concealed mounting flange is made of polyamide 6 - fiberglass reinforced nylon with a glossy finish and has screw holes for concealed anchors. The cover, also made of the same material with a glossy finish, is 1/8 inch (3.2mm) thick and 3-1/4 inches (83mm) in diameter. It snaps over the mounting flange to hide the screws.
