This 12-inch (305mm) grab bar features 1-1/2-inch (38mm) diameter tubing made of 18-gauge (1.2mm), type 304 satin-finish stainless steel. The concealed mounting flange, a 1/8-inch (3mm) thick type 304 stainless steel plate (2" W x 3-1/8" H or 50 x 80mm), has screw holes for concealed anchors. The 22-gauge (0.8mm), type 304 satin-finish stainless steel cover, with a 3-1/4-inch (85mm) diameter, snaps over the flange to hide the screws.

Using your Bobrick B - 6806x12 grab bar is easy. First, find a suitable location on the wall where you need support. Drill holes according to the screw holes on the concealed mounting flange and insert the concealed anchors. Then, attach the grab bar to the wall using the provided screws. When using the grab bar, make sure to hold it firmly for support. As for maintenance, simply wipe it down regularly with a mild soap and water solution to keep the satin - finish stainless steel looking great. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can scratch the surface. Also, check the screws periodically to ensure they are tight and the grab bar is securely attached.
