The ASI 3802 - 54 is a 54 - inch long straight grab bar with a 1 - 1/2 - inch diameter. Thanks to the intermediate support, it offers reliable strength. Crafted from 18 - gauge stainless steel tubing, it has a smooth, satin finish that not only looks great but also reduces fingerprints. There are flanges at both ends and the center, each 3 - 1/8 inches in diameter, made of 1/8 - inch thick type - 304 stainless steel and welded securely to the tubing. The three snap - on flange covers, made of 22 - gauge type - 304 stainless steel and 3 - 3/16 inches in diameter, snap over the flanges after installation, hiding the mounting hardware and protecting against vandalism.

Using this grab bar is easy. Just find a suitable surface to mount it on, and make sure the surface is flat and strong enough to hold the bar. After mounting, you can use it for support when getting up or sitting down in the bathroom or other areas.
