The ASI 3401-42 is a 42-inch straight grab bar, perfect for commercial use. It has an outside diameter of 1-1/4 inches and is crafted from 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel with a beautiful satin finish. This finish not only reduces fingerprints but also gives the bar an appealing shine. The bar features exposed flanges that are 3 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. These flanges are securely herliarc welded to the tubing. Each flange has three countersunk, predrilled 7/32-inch holes, spaced about 120 degrees apart, for secure installation using No. 10 self-tapping or oval head mounting screws (not included). Once installed, the mounting hardware remains visible. This grab bar meets or exceeds all ADA requirements, providing a safe and reliable solution.
