Using your new grab bar is simple. First, find a suitable location on a wall where you need support. Mark the positions of the predrilled holes on the wall. Then, drill holes in the wall at these marked spots. Insert the appropriate mounting screws (not included) through the holes in the flange and into the wall. Make sure the bar is level and secure. When using the grab bar, hold it firmly to support your weight. Avoid using excessive force or hanging heavy objects from it. To maintain your grab bar, clean it regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Wipe it dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and corrosion. Check the mounting screws periodically to ensure they are tight and the bar remains secure.
