ASI 3923 Kit to Mount 2 Grab Bars Back-to-Back thru 3/4 to 1 Thick Partitions, 1 Per Flange Pair

The anchor for 3/4″ – 1″ (19 - 25) thick partition exposed - mounted grab bars is made of 304 stainless steel alloy 18 - 8. It features three 1/4 - 20 internally threaded posts welded on. The exposed side of the plate has a beautiful satin finish. The anchor kit comes with one plate and three 1/4 - 20 x 3/4″ (19) long Phillips or slotted pan - head machine screws. Just specify one kit per flange.

To use this ASI 3923 kit, first make sure your partition is between 3/4 and 1 inch thick. Take the plate from the kit and align it where you want to mount the grab bars back - to - back. Use the provided 1/4 - 20 x 3/4″ long Phillips or slotted pan - head machine screws to attach the plate to the partition. When installing the grab bars, ensure they fit well with the internally threaded posts on the plate. As for maintenance, regularly wipe the grab bars and the plate with a clean, dry cloth to keep the satin finish looking good. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the 304 stainless steel. And always double - check the screws for tightness over time to make sure the grab bars are securely mounted.
