This extension solves the problem of objects projecting more than 4″ off the mounting surface. It provides a 4″ extension from 27″ off the floor up to the bottom of the object, ensuring compliance with various projecting object limitations. Its living hinge design is a real plus. If bumped, the extension can rotate 90 degrees in either direction and safely return to the center every time. Installation is a breeze. First, mark the mounting spot. Then, peel off the protective covering on the back adhesive. Press the extension firmly onto the surface. For a more secure fit, you can drill 4 holes and use 4 screws to affix it.

Using this Easy Comply Vertical Extension is easy. First, find a suitable spot on the wall or structural column to mount it. Mark this spot clearly. Then, take the extension and peel off the protective covering from the adhesive on its back. Press the extension firmly against the marked spot on the surface. If you want it to be extra secure, you can drill 4 holes and use 4 screws to attach it. When using the extension, be aware that it has a living hinge design. If it gets bumped, it will rotate 90 degrees in either direction and then return to the center. Don't worry about damaging it when this happens.
