When the towels run out or are almost gone, open the door by unlatching it and replace them. For the waste receptacle, you can easily access it through the rolled - edged finger hole to empty it. To keep it in good shape, regularly clean the stainless steel waste receptacle and wipe down the cabinet. Also, check the hinges and latch occasionally to make sure they're working well.
